Meet Dana Hatch
Dana Hatch has helped businesses deliver excellence in the aesthetics, medical aesthetics, and wellness spaces for over 17 years. She is an experienced consultant and certified executive coach.
For her work in the field, Dana has received the Professional Woman of the Year Award from the National Association of Professional Women, Pentacle Professional of the Year from Continental Who’s Who, and the Inspirational Woman‘s Leadership Award from The Los Angeles Times.
Her diverse background encompasses roles such as spa director at a four-diamond property in New England, area manager/trainer for a leading medical spa organization in the United States, national and International level consulting, and managing a prominent, upscale medical aesthetics practice.
Dana has dedicated herself to studying the art and science of leadership and culture and helping to build strong teams and even stronger members of the medical aesthetics community.
